Some of the utilities were dated and needed to replaced - broken kitchen cupboards and lamp shades . The shower head in the bedroom bathroom was in need of descaling

A lovely relaxing family holiday

Lovely Clean hotel The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good but evening meal choices could be improved. lovely walk down to the beach and you can continue into Puerto Rico. Pool is lovely plenty of sunbeds available. Room was large with 3 bedrooms and a large kitchen area

could improve bed comfort and pillows.

Nice staff and attention to detail

The stuff was very friendly and professional. Waiters, cleaning crew, reception and chefs! The food was nice and with lots of variety. Enjoyable stay overall.

Maybe missing a playground to keep children entertained.

Very Good

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view and lift to the beach was a plus. The beach is very nice and not so crowded.

The restaurant was mehh, worked well for breakfast, but there are better options around with no restrictions in the timing. Also the facilities are a little worn out.

Overall the stay was pleasant, thank you for everything.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking. It's just we were expecting one big terrace, like in the pictures, but we had three small balconies. The size of the room was excellent, we had a lot of space and a good thing that two of the bedrooms had a bathroom and one bathroom was for use of all (together three for six people)

That we had three balconies, but were expecting to have one big terrace. Maybe the breakfast buffet could have been richer.

Overall a very nice stay, friendly staff and a great seaview!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great sea view from the balcony. Good location and easy to explore the island from there by car. Situated on two nice beaches- Playa de Cura and Playa de Tauro.

The sofa bed where our kid was supposed to sleep looked worn out and didn’t unfold very nicely.

Peaceful , spotless and terrific value

The pool , the lift to the beach. Everywhere was spotless. Good food at incredible value. Parking is difficult , never any spaces nearby , so a little walk each day. Rooms very quiet , all with sea views

Ok....but could have been better

Loved the location! The peace and quiet of the hotel and the resort itself. The elevator to the beach was amazing, the best thing about the hotel!

Didn't like that the hotel doesn't use its potential! All the possibilities are there, but nothing is done and it wears out. The door does not close, the bed and pillows are not good. Food good.....but repetitive. The lighting in the bathroom is completely useless. Air conditioners are working near the bedroom window and it disturbs sleep.

Beach and pool at your hand.

Everything is ok, only partially negative is the not perfect condition of some facilities although it is compensated by the nice, educated and professional crew of this cozy hotel in the beautiful spot of Playa del Cura, amazing place for enjoy your living and to be free.

Some spaces need to be in better condition but the staff always try to do their best to make you feel cozy and comfortable, thank you.

Price quality and friendly staff

Price quality and friendly staff Hotel is decent/nice and not crowded. And staff is super helpfull!

No parking spots and you had to park a few 100 meters away and walk up a hill ;) One of the Pool guys was pretty lazy - when our umbrella tipped due to strong winds that they he didnt even bother to help

Good hotel, great food, staff very friendly

The food at the hotel is really good . The views from the pool are very relaxing looking towards the sea. Never a problem getting sun beds with shade Staff are really helpful and friendly

The futon bed is not for an adult. The lift to the beach wasn’t working. Need more music around the pool area .

Wonderful

The view was amazing and the room was so clean. The elevator to the beach was really interesting and I liked it. Also the staff was great and so helpful. I'd definitely stay here again!

The only one thing I can say is the elevator inside the hotel (not the one to the beach). It was old and when it stopped on a floor, it shook a bit:)

The seaview and the lift to the beach

The young male receptionist at the check out who was extremely impolite! We had asked since the first day the possibility to check out later and we were told to ask the last day. Therefore we asked it and, although the hotel was almost empty, we were denied even one hour more! They even called us four minutes after the check out time as we were leaving the room, never happened such a thing! If you want to change your towels for the beach, you have to pay 2,50€ extra, another thing which I found a bit too much ...

The view was to die for.

THE VIEW was breathtaking, pool was amazing, private beach with hotel resident access via a lift! Close to bus stop and local amenities, gym looked small but was usable for basic workouts. The staff went above and beyond and were very accommodating and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for better service!

Beds could use a bit of updating, AC wasn’t super great, it was making the room hotter than the outside. Bare in mind this hotel is on top of a cliff so there are steps or a hill to climb.

Great food, especially the wide range of healthy dinner options. Friendly staff, 24h. Cool view of the ocean.

Junior suite was just an old small apartment that had been given a face-lift. No shades on the balcony so impossible to use during the sun hours. Also, no cushions available for outside, and no privacy since the wall is only about 1.40mts high.

- Is the WiFi secure? i got a email from Instagram that someone tried to access my profile a few days after i left the hotel?!? - The coffee at breakfast taste bad.
